If you are a member who has completed the registration process, input your Username and Password in the format it was created and click 'Log In'.
If you have forgotten your password, you can request to change your password by selecting the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link.
If you have forgotten your username, you can request a reminder of your username by selecting the ‘Forgotten your username?’ link.
If an invalid Username or Password is entered on 3 consecutive occasions your account will become disabled and you should contact the Pension Team for guidance.
If you are a member who has not registered to use 'my pension ONLINE' and therefore do not have a username and password, you must click the 'request one' link. After doing so you will be automatically directed to the 'Sign Up' page where you will need to input your Surname and NI Number using capital letters only and your Date of Birth using the format DD/MM/YYYY. An email will be sent to you with a link to the 'Activate your Account' page where you will need to input your Surname and NI Number using capital letters only and your Date of Birth using the format DD/MM/YYYY.
